Power Interface Assembly for Safety System Monitoring
The PIA-100-1 is designed to provide a central “junction box” interface for all of the critical components of a safety system. The unit provides communication interfaces to the FTR, telemetry, safe, and Arm, while controlling the operations and structure for each branch of FTS. Each module performs both power distribution and telemetry communication in a single or redundantly configured system. The PIA forms a critical sub-assembly of the overall flight safety system with a single control interface for all operation.
