What is High Assurance Type 1 Encryption?
NSA High Assurance Type 1 encryption is the U.S. government’s highest standard for protecting classified national security information. High Assurance Type 1 devices are designed, evaluated, and certified to secure data against the most advanced cyber, EW, and exploitation threats, including those posed by near peer adversaries.
