CFE (Customer Furnished Equipment)

Customer Furnished Equipment or "CFE" means any equipment, or material supplied by or on behalf of the Customer to the Supplier to assist in the performance of the Agreement or for incorporation in the Goods produced pursuant to the Agreement.

CFM (Customer Furnished Material)

A customer furnished material is material that is provided by the customer for use on their project. Quantities and deliveries are agreed upon with the customer.

GFE (Government Furnished Equipment)

Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) refers to equipment that the government provides to a contractor to complete a specific project. This can include machinery, tools, computers, and other necessary items that the contractor needs but doesn't have to supply.

GFM (Government Furnished Material)

Government Furnished Material (GFM) refers to any material provided by the government to a contractor for use in the performance of a contract. These materials can include raw materials, components, or parts that are necessary for the contractor to fulfill the terms of the contract.
