XMC-529

AMD Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC XMC Mezzanine Card

Secure your embedded computing systems with the XMC-529 mezzanine card with an AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC processor. The high-performance XMC-529 provides user-programmable processing with an FPGA resource for embedded security applications.

The combination of FPGA resources, Arm cores, and I/O makes the XMC-529 ideal for applications that require a combination of software and FPGA logic, such as security or FPGA co-processing. The PCIe Gen2 data path provides a high-performance interface between the FPGA and the baseboard. In addition, Pn6 provides two Ethernet interfaces for communications, a 4 lane (TX/RX) high speed channel capable of 5Gbps line rate, a serial port, and discrete I/O.

FPGA

The XMC-529 comes standard with an AMD ZU11EG, which has four Arm A53, two Arm R5 processing cores, and 299K LUTS of FPGA logic.
