CON/KAD/012 Mating Connector

The CON/KAD/012 is a Double-Density (DD) connector for use with analog flexible modules such as the AXN/ADC/401 and the KAD/ADC/136.

The part is supplied as a connector shell (with integral insulator), and a bag of (48 × size 22 AWG) crimp pins which may be inserted into the connector shell. It is part of the ACD/CJB/005 kit, which is an optional cold junction reference block for the AXN/ADC/401 or the KAD/ADC/136 module, when they are used with thermocouples.

The CON/KAD/012 has one built-in PT100 temperature sensor for accurate measurement of thermocouple cold junction temperature, as close as possible to real junction. The sensor used is 1/3 of class B, DIN/IEC 60751 specification (±0.1 ± 0.00166 × t) [°C]. In a typical operational range of -40 to 85°C these sensors are more accurate than ±0.24°C, with typical accuracy being around 0.1°C.
