PacStar 200 and 400-Series Product Line Overview
Transcript

When soldiers are engaged in the battlefield and lives are on the line, having the best equipment is critically important to mission success. Both the PacStar 400-Series and PacStar 200-Series from Curtiss-Wright complement each other, providing a full spectrum of rugged and modular tactical networking and data processing options depending upon mission needs. The PacStar 400-Series is a proven, widely fielded modular communications platform.

Its modular form factor allows for quick removal, replacement, or reconfiguration on the fly to meet evolving mission requirements. Power flexibility is its core strength. Each module supports direct wide range DC input for vehicle or generator power. Also, an integrated UPS can be powered by an MBITR battery.

When installed in a PacStar smart chassis, it supports worldwide AC input directly without a brick and offers two additional AC outputs to power accessories or daisy chain another chassis without a separate power strip. An integrated UPS can be powered by a MIL-STD-2590 battery. The chassis can be combined and rack mounted or placed into our carry-on size carbon fiber case.

Our PacStar 200-Series brings the same mission flexibility to a smaller, lighter form factor. Perfect for highly portable deployments of one to four operators. The PacStar 200-Series chassis comes in two slot, three slot, or eight slot versions with modules that slide together for expansion rather than snapping. It supports DC input, AC power via an external brick, and MBITR batteries for UPS operation.

While the PacStar 200-Series focuses on small teams and highly mobile scenarios, the PacStar 400-Series can scale from those small kits to supporting larger teams.

Together, they allow you to tailor a communication solution to the size, scale, and power constraints of the mission without sacrificing interoperability. Mission success depends on field-proven communications and intelligence. The PacStar ecosystem delivers from the command post to the tactical edge.
