Hi, I'm Dominic Perez, CTO for Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, and today I want to give you a quick overview of the PacStar 400-Series. The PacStar 400-Series is the workhorse of our tactical communications product line and it's been in the field for over a decade with tens of thousands of systems deployed, a wide range of modules in the 400-Series for networking, computing and other mission critical functions and it's here to stay.
We continue to develop new modules for it with several additional modules already released this year and more scheduled for the remainder of 2025, 2026, and beyond. The chassis that houses the 400-Series comes in both four slot and five slot versions, letting you deploy up to nine modules in a 4U rack space. Or you can use our carry-on size carbon fiber case for easy transport. You can operate modules independently with wide-range DC input from 10 to 35 volts or with worldwide AC through the use of a brick.
For small team configurations, you can snap two 400-Series modules side by side and then power them for UPS and offshore power with an MBITR radio battery. When more capability is needed, simply unclick them, remove any batteries, and slide them back into the chassis for full scale operations.
In the chassis itself, you have again direct wide range DC input, worldwide AC input without a brick, and the bonus of when you're running on AC power, having two additional outputs for powering additional gear like laptops or other things. That's the 400-Series. Powerful, flexible, and built for the mission.
